Background: Erica Kelly has had a passion for baking ever since she made her first batch of caramel at the age of 7, with the help of Julia Child ( Her cooking show to be exact ). Since then, she has graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts with the highest of honors, but never dreamed of opening her own online store, until now. Today, Erica Kelly is not just the owner of The Coco House - she is also its Baker-in-Chief!
